Should we extort our neighbors? This action will be a possible prelude to war, so only one at a time. All options are expressed to get the most out of the deal, since extorting for 1g is pretty much worthless.

We can get all gold, territory map, from everyone. We can get world map from Babylon and Zululand.

No way !!
Gold is relatively useless still and our reputation and friendship with other nations is worth so much more than a mere 70 gold.
These kind of actions will decrease those important things and increase the price we have to pay for techs, luxes, maps etc. while at the same time lowering what other civs have to offer. We'll be paying a lot more later on if we are unneccesarily greedy now !
