Not as far as I know.

Apart from civ's its just the wonders now I think?

Forbidden - Wild
Potala - Political
Big ben - Economic
Alhambra - Military

Of course Freddy comes with an extra military slot. Does Gorgo come with an extra wild slot? Don't have the game open and my memory isn't what it used to be.

Gorgo and Peracles both get the extra wildcard slot.

Germany gets an extra military slot and Greece (either leader) gets an extra wildcard slot. Poland converts a military slot into a wildcard slot and America now converts a diplomatic slot into a wildcard slot. Other than that I believe it's just the GM and Wonders as mentioned above.
