[The_goggles_do_nothing]

Based on YnAMP determining 128x80 is the largest map size. 128x80 maps with 12,15,18, and 21 players.

• I've tested the 12 and 15 player maps. Need more civs to test the larger number.
• If you don't have the number of civs in the age needed to fill the slots the game will crash.
