F-15's stealth attack?

I heard F-15 have stealth attack in c3c.
but I can't find that function key.
(Precision strike is available, but stealth attack is not.)

anyone tell me how can I use stealth attack?

It is only available in C3C. Load 'Conquests.biq' in the editor. Make sure that in units/F15 the box 'Stealth Attack' is checked.

this seems like it might be the same type of situation, or the same type of file that you mention so I hope i am not out of line by asking this question here, especialy since the original answer seem to be answered.
I have gold edition vanillla+PTW is there any way to edit the rules that are used in regular maps (when you play without loading a scenario)?
