Fairly new to Civ

Can anyone tell me how to access and use the Civ3 editor? I posted a similar question in Tech Support but no one replied.

Well for mine I just go to my Civ 3 folder and open the Civ3edit and then go to map -> generate new map and you'll go from there

I don't have a Civ3edit folder.

Civ3Edit isn't a folder, it's the name of the editor. It should be in the folder named Civilization III. If you have PTW or Conquests, then you should use the editor for those. The PTW editor is in the Civilization III\CIV3PTW folder and is called Civ3XEdit. The conquests editor is in the Civilization III\Conquests folder and called Civ3ConquestsEdit.
