well I loaded this scenario up and saw the intro movie and it all worked fine. Untill the game loaded and there was no buttons or anything. What I mean by that is i click on a worker and there is no explore or sleep button. Its invisible. Same with everyother button. Is it all hotkeys or is my version just wrong.

I had problems with FfH2 (Fall from Heaven 2) I down loaded the new version here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1 make sure you download version 0.31 not the 0.23 or 0.30.

The 0.31 doesn't have a media pack but it works, still has some graphic problems with the units. There's also a "d" patch available for this version (0.31), but its up to you if you want to download it (it still works without).

You should enable python debugging, you are probably getting an error in CvMainInterface that you dont have the game set to display. to enable python debugging try the following:

; Set to 1 for no python exception popups
HidePythonExceptions = 1

To:

; Set to 1 for no python exception popups
HidePythonExceptions = 0

I'm using the latest version (313). I'm running it under VISTA.

I changed the python pop-up flag and tried the scenario again. I still get the error but NO python error messages appear.

I found the solution here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=6022024.

The solution is to run Civ BTS as an administrator. You either have to log with an administrator account or with Vista you can right-click the program icon and select "run as administrator".
