I noticed no thread for Fallout 3 mods, and I didn't want to pollute the NV thread.
So what's your favorite mods for Fallout 3?
How exactly to compile a bunch together into one master mod?
And seen any Civ-like or more Mad Max-like mods (lots of raiders)? I'd like to play more of a city builder mod, like Real Time Settlers, but one centered on that and not the RPG quests.
