Farm Customization with 1.52?

Hello All

With the latest patch 1.52, it would appear that farms can no longer be "chained". With the civil service tech, chaining should be possible, and with biology you shouldn't need fresh water at all (I believe that's what they mean when the say "farm can be built without irrigation").

Is there anyway to change this (or do I have this wrong?).

I think they can still be chained and everything

It works fine for me. Farms made (after biology) that don't have access to fresh water are not as good though, I don't remember if that was in effect prior to 1.52.
