Fate of Stuttgart Poll (This turnchat)

There has been an argument for and against attacking Dortmund, and that city's fate. There are only so many options, and simple plurality wins.

Since this poll is conditional, no abstain will be relevant.

The condition for this poll, is that this city will be attacked according to this poll.

Options are:

1. Conquer and Keep City
2. Conquer and Raze City
3. Conquer and Gift City to Rome
4. Attack City for units only

I'd say keep, but have the same timing reservations as I have with Cologne. Timing is everything when you're balancing the economy with new cities. That means knock back the units but stop short of capture, for this play session.

It'd be nice if you included screenshots of the city, so everyone can make a more educated decision. I hate to force anyone to open the save.
