Favorite Civ

Who do you think will be your favorite civ? I grouped some of them together, because the poll only allows for 10 options.

Personally, I chose the Russians because of their beautiful country, beautiful women, and the way they sing when they get drunk.

Chinese or American are my traditional choices.
But they'rt togather here
So I pick Roman and Greek.
They provides advantages at early game. AFter the early stage, i should have to rely on my skills to gain the tech/culture leading.

Of course mine will be the Germans. A militaristic and scientific civ, which in my opinion has a beautiful language and culture, and an awesome modern special unit. Wilhelm the Third will rule...The day will come when Berlin will be the capital of the world

I choose the Russians because I always played for Russians and not see the matter why will I play not this way. But I certainly will try other Civs after Russians.

hard to say right now because we are still missing 8 of the special units.

But right now i am torn between the germans and the chinese

both are militaristic (lower military cost & higher promotion chance)

germans also scientific ( cheaper techs & free tech every age)
chinese also industrious (workers faster & extra production)

I voted for Roman and Greeks, but I must say that I will also play a lot with the Germans, the Chinese and the British... Actually I'll play with all Civs. But I am less interested playing with the Iroquois and the Zulus. Perhaps because they had less impact than the others.

Everyone wants militaristic cause everyone wants to kick AI butt?! no? so whats leftc Aztek,Germans,.Romans, Zulus.Japanese chinese....

Science and productivity are the most important I think which is Germans, and chinese....

I picked Greeks & Romans. Mostly because I loved the Romans in civ 2. Greeks look pretty good though. Hoplites will make city defense pretty easy for quite awhile, and I like commercial and scientific (that's the Greeeks right?)
I will play them all of course. Have to find the attribute combo that suits my play-style best.

I've always wondered: Am I the only person who avoids his own home country, largely because playing with the cities all out of place is disconcerting?

Ever since the original civ, I've almost never played the Americans!
