Favorite gifted unit from militaristic CS

I rather like how CS can gift you UUs now. I enjoyed having German Caroleans in my last game. What are your favorites? And with what civ do you enjoy playing as you receive them?

One time in multiplayer duel I made ally from militaristic CS close to my borders when I was fighting with my opponent. Classical era, we started very close to each other, bloody war. My enemy was Korea and I was... Sweden?

Guess which units I started to receive from this CS. Come on, guess.

Otherwise, Caroleans are always a blast. I'm not a fan of getting Classical UU's as I find it hard to maintain alliances at that point.

I was allied with an militaristic city state.. It gifted me russian Cossacks.

And I was playing as Germany.. Cossacks upgraded into Panzers is WTFLETHAL.

Just open up with an softening barrage to make enemy units wounded then slam into them with cossack promotion + charge promotion which gives another 33% bonus damage towards wounded units = total of 66% bonus damage = oneshot almost any wounded units XD

I had an ally giving me Zulu Chu-ko-Nu when Enrico bought them. Wiped him out on general principle.

I wait with bated breath for some lovely UA/UU synergy like Persian Minutemen. Or a weakness plug like getting a fast mounted unit to backup an Elephant UU.

Samurai are great. They arrive around the same time you might be pillaging fishing boats to keep a load of ranged naval units afloat, saving a load of time and money on workboats.

Do gifted Impi come with the first of the Buffalo promotion line?

On the flipside, I once encountered American samurai. Kind of a shock to fight Tom Cruise.

I rarely remember to check militaristic CSs early in the game to see what UU they generate, so I usually miss out.
