I finally got Civ 4 BTS running with Thomas Berubeg's help... and found the Mod-Unzipping process baffling. DARN Charlemange! You made me waste an hour!

I hope my allied money, Pawned cash, overhanded dealing, extreme crime lord payoff and such give me enough money.

Actually... probably within the next few turns. I'm working on getting the price down through research...

How'd you like it, Tyrs? I thought it was OK, but a little less open-ended than some other Betheda games. Oblivion is still my favorite.

Bioware made Mass Effect, not Bethesda. I liked it a lot actually. It had been a while since I played a game with a plot worth thinking about.

As for Bethesda, I loved pretty much everything they've ever made. Morrowind is still my favorite just for loyalty. I grew up on that game. Oblivion is pretty much superior in every gameplay way, but Morrowind was just a more interesting place to be.
Fallout 3 was also a very good game, but it never clicked with me quite the way any of the Elderscrolls games did.

I liked ME's combat system. Unique, and a good change from the KOTOR games.

It did feel a bit like KOTOR, did Bioware do that too? It's been a while. I played KOTOR through once, but never played the sequel. Was it any good?
ME's combat system was a good balance between shooter and RPG. Not the easiest thing to do with sci-fi I've found.

the sequel was great, but the ending didnt give that satisfying feeling so much as the first. had an awesome crafting system. and the story up til the last minute was great. hey, anybody planning to play SWTOR when it comes out?

KOTORII was okay, but was released before completion - there was a lot of planned stuff that got ditched. I always got a vibe that it could have been an amazing game, but became a merely decent one instead.

I hate MMO's.


Yeah, Bioware did KOTOR. I'm still grumpy at myself for getting them and Bethseda mixed up...

I didn't get enough sleep, got home from a call at midnight, and got another one at 4:55 (5 minutes before I was. couldn't she have waited 5 minutes before she decided she couldn't breath?).
