I found out tonight that a FFX expansion titled Final Fantasy X: Another Lord is coming out in November in Japan [Story].

Here's a teaser showing Yuna carrying 2 pistols:

Hope they release the side story in the US also!

I don't exactly remember THAT Yuna from MY FFX...

Me neither... :D

Yuna is even more sexy than Rikku now, don't you think? ;)

Well if Yuna looks like that, then I can't wait to see my little Christina Aguilera Rikku! shoot... :D

I haven't even finished FFX.........

Anyway, Yuna doesn't need guns - she's a summoner. :p Unless no more summoning???

Well, if Yuna is the main character of one of the expansions, then she needs some fighting ability which she sorely lacked for just about EVER in FFX... Coulda been different I guess depending on how one utilized the sphere grid. In my game, Rikku and Auron finished their sections simultaneously so I just used a friend and a teleport and eventually, Auron and Rikku were super fast and super strong. :goodjob: Yuna was strictly magic. She could be tough with some guns though... :p "Ho-ified Yuna..." So TF, no guarantee it releases here in the States?

Im just glad to see yuna lose that robe/skirt type thing ;) that outfits much better. I always knew that she would look better than that Rikku if she ever got a new outfit :goodjob:

KEWL!!! I am definitely getting it. I hope they don't charge full price ($49.99) for the expansion though.

Lots more info : - :)

Here's what they say...

The third main character was not Dona or Lulu as previously speculated by anxious fans, but is instead an all-new heroine named Pine. A member of the Kamemo clan, Pine is 18 years old, described as having a "laid back" personality, and fluently speaks the Al Bhed language (though she isn't Al Bhed herself). Additionally, the magazine described her as "Faster than Yuna" and alludes to an enormous secret clouding her character's past.

As revealed in the bonus ending to Final Fantasy X International, Wakka and Lulu have been married and are expecting their first child soon. Though both characters are supposed to be considerably heavier than in the previous game, it seems that neither models have been altered to reflect this. In related news, Kimahri has also returned and is now chief of the Ronso Tribe while continuing to hold a heated rivalry with the Guado.

Final Fantasy X-2 will utilize two new battle systems; the first of which is a more powered up version of the Active Battle System, which is apparently more "active" than before. While the second system changes length and speed based on the type of command the player inputs. When using an item, for instance, the bar will be really short while casting a magic spell will take considerably longer. On a side note, the same Count Time Battle system from FFX (where the order of your party and their actions determines their strategy) has returned as well.

New to the series is an Attack Chain System which allows characters to do multiple attacks for lesser individual damage, but greater accumulative pain. Gunner characters (see below) can also use a "Quick Trigger" command for building up chains.

One of the most talked about additions to the game is the Dress Up system. Appearing as a bright pink pop-up blurb that says "Dress Up!" the new feature allows characters to change into different outfits and job classes by pressing L1. The good news is that you can actually switch jobs at any time during a fight, and the pink reminder is only there as a hint. These switches cannot be made, however, until your party has obtained the special Dress Sphere.

Known job classes so far are only those that are possessed by default by the main characters; The first class is the "Gunner" (Yuna), and allows the player to use the "Quick Trigger" attack mentioned earlier. The second class is "Thief" (Rikku), which allows characters to steal, attack faster than usual, and pull of double strikes. Finally, we have "Knight" (Pine). Equipping the player with swords, more powerful attacks and defensive maneuvers, and special bonuses like Armor Break, the Knight Class lends itself well to players who like their action balls out.

Ahhh, Rikku IS in it... :D Balls Out? Is that your wording KD? :goodjob: I liked the Sphere Grid once I got used to it. Glad to see it is still in.

I erased my FFX game save and started over. I didn't think I'd want any RPGing until FFX-2 but... But I was able to get all the ultimate weapons again! :goodjob: :king:
