FINAL MSAV V MILITARY REFORM BILL 1C

There seem to be a broad consensus to go from 36 musketmen, and 3 riflemen to 39 infantry. (Gubernatorial confusion lead to the production of 3 riflemen prematurely). The upgrade from Rifleman to Infantry is negligible 20 gold each, which means 60 more. Total expense would be

36 Musket to Infantry, 60 g Each = 2160 Gold
3 Riflemen to Infantry, 20 g each = 60 Gold

Total Base Upgrade, 2220 Gold.

We will now poll total recommended upgrade (1040 gold) 11 Cannons to Artillery (880 Gold), 8 Veteran Samurai to Artillery (160 Gold), mixed limited upgrade, 5 Samurai and 5 Cannons to 5 Cavalry and 5 Artillery, total of 500 Gold, and finally no upgrade..

I recommend DP to do these upgrades pre turnchat in order to make it easy for the DP and the turnchat attendees, in a pre-preturn activity.

These upgrades are all sanctioned and approved by the Domestic Ministry in the Window 3200 Gold for this reform.

EDIT:

Complete Upgrade Plan 3260 Gold
Artillery Upgrade Plan 3100 Gold
Cavalry Upgrade Plan 2380 Gold
Mixed Upgrade Plan 2720 Gold
Infantry Alone Upgrade Plan 2220 Gold

Yes, we all know how naive it is to assume that a nation that's never attacked us and never done anything aggressive to us isn't an enemy.

Anyway, I voted for the Infantry only upgrade. It provides defense for our nation without giving us an overpowered military at a time when we don't need any more reasons to go to war.

MSAV STATEMENT

If the Samurai Veterans are not funded for an upgrade, these will be disbanded at MSAVs discretion immediately after the poll. This means that the Japanatican Expeditionary Cavalry Corps will not be formed at all.

MSAV will then investigate what other Corps formation that should be built to fill the void in our overseas reaction force.

We don't need cavalry. We have rails to move units. You should concentrate on infantry and artillery for offensive purposes. Infantry has the same attack as cavalry and artillery can soften up the enemy as both move one space at a time.

Cavalry is approaching the age when it becomes worthless. And what's this with the grudge against China, especially when it is Russia who is the aggressors?

BTW, the CIA will not repoll money allocation for upgrades this next TC unless there is support for a repoll.

Stop with the biased polls and stay out of my ****ing juristiction. You humiliated me, and continue to try to do so, and now you have to pay the price of those childish actions by letting me handle upgrades.

Epimethius, I have not seen you talk with Blackheart, you need to communicate with him first, and you failed to do so. You are choosing to criticize me first, but no proposal or practical communication on issues. Jurisdicition? You have an advisory and liaision role, DEA is an advisory arm, use that power to produce quality advice.

Didn't I say I wanted DEA disbanded for its ridiculousness? Didn't I also say to remove anything that says CIA is closely related to DEA? Please do so, or I'll be rather cross.

Okay blackheart, just not bandwaggon with Epimetheus in his criticisms, and I suggest we cooperate as well as we did during the upgrades. I will still make DEA a review organization for military assessment.
