Finding the Civ Select Screen.

I'm tying to modify the civilization selection screen(s), but I cannot find where it is.

I've looked through all the python scripts that I thought it would be in.
I've also looked though the XML files that might hae some info.

But no luck on both fronts

You mean so you can select the empire first, THEN the leader, instead of the other way around? I wish you best of luck, but I have no idea. It may be hard-coded.

No, I just want to add some text to the screen.

I'm playing around with the idea of adding Unique Buildings and would like to add that information to the Civ Select Screen.
