I have a problem with Firefox. It shows some code in red at the bottom of the screen, and half of the page is off-screen. Here are two screenies for you to look at:

More info:
- Maximizing, minimizing or resizing doesn't help.
- I'm using the norwegian version of 1.0.4
- I'm running WinXP (obvious from the screenies)
- I have these plugins installed: Tabbrowser Preferences 1.2.5, Forecastfox 0.7.8, Download Manager Tweak 0.6.6, ieview 0.68, TinyURL Creator 0.7.1
- I have the 'Walnut for Firefox 1.0.9' theme installed. Switching to the original theme doesn't help.

I hope this information is sufficient. Does anybody know what's wrong?

I bet Mozilla support forums are a better source for help ;)

Or try uninstalling and reinstalling...

Yes, I know that those forums are the best place, but I thought that maybe someone has an idea what's going on here. If nobody has, I'll try the Mozilla forums.

And no, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. I even deleted the whole Mozilla folder (after uninstalling of course). And I don't dare doing anything in the registry without help.

@registry: Try RegSupreme, it will help fix up loose ends in the registry (and has a backup function to prevent screwing it completely)

And now for some Norwegian:

Det er rart hvordan du sletter og installerer på nytt, og ting ikke blir borte. Men det ser ut til at Mozilla lagrer ting i sykt mange mapper (som windows, bare mindre utspekulert). Regsupreme har vært en go ting for meg så langt , og jeg har ennå ikke ødelagt registeret ;)

Godt mulig en del her kan den type kode som du viste, men siden det så dårlig ut med respons her, så tenkte jeg det var best å si "kom deg til mozilla support så fort som mulig" ;)

Can't find the English words for what you're saying, huh? But I'll take your advice and check the Mozilla forums. I don't want to mess around in the Windows folder. There's always IE until I have this fixed. I just don't want to register somewhere for just one thing. Hopefully they let guests search there...

Edit: I checked the Mozilla support forum, and I found that I wasn't alone in having this problem. Somebody had already started a thread about this. But as of yet he had no luck in finding a solution... :( At least they allow guests to post...
