FireFox Help (1.07)

[Civrules]

Today I got it updated to the newer version of 1.07. When I installed it and all, I ran it, but no page wanted to load at all. I even made a new profile through the profile manager, but still I get the "...could not be found" message.

Why is this? Just literally seconds ago before this update the browser was working fine.
Right now, I'm using Opera to post this, and it's working fine.

Hmmm, i'm glad I didn't update, I heard someone here saying that it was incompatible with lots of the current plugins (or maybe that was something else...).

Anyway, I don't see why that is happening...

Could it possibly be a firewall stopping it?

Or it could have been corrupted, you could always try and download it again.

I uninstalled it completely. Then installed FF 1.06 and it ran fine (without any extensions and stuff). After that I installed 1.07 and I get the same problem...

I guess I might as well stick with 1.06. No idea why this problem is occuring. It shouldn't be firewalls and stuff because I already turned it off to see if it would work.

I installed 1.07 and it's running fine. All my plugins work fine

It required a restart and and an MS Anti Spy tweak to make it go.
