Firewall problem , please help!

I just bought PTW and can not connect or start a game.
I have a hardware firewall, the Trendnet TW100-S4W1CA.
I can not find any way to open ports or disable this firewall,
and there is no pertinent information to this on the Trendnet website. The instruction manual only shows how to install the thing, nothing about opening/closing ports , Demilitarizing etc.
Please help, I really want to play MP!!!

Ugh. I searched online for quite a while to find the manual for your router. If you have a .pdf version or whatever, feel free to send it to my email address listed in my profile. I'll take a look and see if I can help out.

The manual is there and a quick scan of the pdf causes me to think that your answer will lie in those pages. I dont have time to read it in depth right now, but give it a go and if you still need help let me know.
