Fixing General Winter

It just dawned on me that units that move more then once (movement rate greater than 1) would get more damage. Or doesn't the onUnitMove call register for each individual "step"?
 
If it does, you could use movesLeft() == 0 as an additional condition.

RFCMarathon doesn't add summer-winter etc. I only has more years.
On Marathon speed there should indeed be quarter years in the late 20th century, and on Epic speed there are at least half-years. Because how would you be able to put more years in when the calendar is already counting individual years in the late game?
 
It goes down to 6 month turns by like 1880 so I would expect 3 month or even 1 month by the end
