[FLAG] A Flag for Bismarck's Germany

Hi all. I did this flag for the first years of XX century Germany (until 1919 - Weimar's Republic, where this flag was replaced by the actual one).

i don't know how to do an in-game flag, so i will do plain historical flags only

Preferably make them 3:4 in proportion instead of 1:2. It's terribly difficult to convert this one without altering its harmony.
In civ4, Textures for flag are 128x128 but the game stretch it to 96x128. So, it is important to work on a 96x128 flag first ( or everything with 3:4 proportionnality ) and resize it to 128x128.
After that, you will want to make it dds using Dxtbmp for example. For difference between flag decals and others, please check related tutorials.

ok thanks sniper next flags will be done using 3:4 proportions. i was thinking about doing one for Louis XIV's France

This is not the national flag, it's the naval and war flag.
