Bebro allready made the Knight of Namur ( the last one : black lion on yellwo with red strip ) in his knight pack II. It's called "walloon knight".

I still have to add some civs to fill up "blanks" on the map. I think Groningue, the Principalty of Stavelot-Malmédy and some german counties will appear, but also the Territory of the Abbey of Stavelot. I hesitate about making Tournai and Gembloux independant cities with a strong clerical power and cultural ( religious ) influence over neighbourhood. I might add Burgondy a way or another... And for this, I need more city lists but also leaders ( scientific and military ) lists, especially for counties north from Brussels. If dutch/flemish friends read this please help me

I'm allready working on the tech tree and new improvements. Damn ! This is some work !!!!!

I think I'll add a new government base on the church : clerical state ( Liège with bishop-princes, Gembloux with abbot-counts, Tournai with bishops, Stavelot with abbot-princes)

The next step will be to add some of Bebro's knights and other UUs

When the mod is ready, I post it. Then I make a scenario based on it : the War of the Cow with unlockables alliances and war between Namur and Liège... BLOOOOODY

But this is my first mod and I need time

The HR Empire flag is wrong though (Should be a black eagle on golden background). The one provided by you is one of the Imperial Palatinates (Thuringia if I am not mistaken)
