1. We have added a Gift Upgrades feature that allows you to gift an account upgrade to another member, just in time for the holiday season. You can see the gift option when going to the Account Upgrades screen, or on any user profile screen.

    Hello.
    I've been looking into game files to get flag overlay (that effect of glass ball, where civ flag is shown on menu or in city view) but I can't find it at all. If somebody knows how to get them, please send a download link with the files of them. I need them for some graphical work, not tied to modding the game itself.I'll be much appreciate it
