I think you need a different tech after finding iron to actually have it show up as a resource (iron working after smelting? can't remember).

Do you have Iron Working Tech? Iron shows up as a resource on the map before Iron Working, but will not be provided to your city via Mine until you have Iron Working.

Just added this mapmod to the current version of my all-times favourite mapscript and thought maybe someone would be happy to just download it here together with the mod. As always unpack the attached zipped files to your PublicMaps folder. Tested it with the 030f version of FfH and it works fine.

doesnt work in multiplayer though.
tried it with friends and we always get the out of sync-error on the start.

is there any working multiplayer mapscript for ffh?
