FoH 2 mod - How do I find Ashen Veil holy city

I want to sack the Ashen Veil holy city to reign in the AC, but how do I know WHICH city is the holy city?

Right now I'm sacking and sanc'ing my way through the enemy, but I have no clue how to identify what city Ashen Veil was founded in.

Sorry for the nub question, just got back into Civ 4 after a coupla yrs.

CreepyStranger: "Are you a follower of the shadow? of the Veil of Ashes?"

JStrange: "Uhhh...yeah, sure...but which way did you say again? F7?"

CreepyStranger: "Yah, unless the f^*&ng Ljosalfars have razed the city! Last I heard Amelanchier and his bunch had vowed to level Keelyn and kill all true believers. Then F7 may show nothing at all!"
