The score of my holiday: 1 draw and a home loss against one of the 'lower' teams. I do find that suspicious, don't really trust that 'holiday' setting. 8 games to go, 4 points behind the aspired third spot.
I hope I can attact one or two midfielders next season, and maybe a replacement for one of my defenders. I've got 6 defenders, which is enough, but two of them have a rating of 45. What amount of transfer funds could I expect? Any ideas?

No, I meant what amount of transfer funds the club will make available to me at the start of the next season.
BTW, I think you're having a 'bad luck' stroke like I have when I started with the game. The first weeks I was having a lot of succes and rose to the top of the table, but then everything fell apart. I suspect that there's something programmed into the game to give newbies/starters some 'luck'.

Anyone else (not on holiday) noticed this?

It'd make some sense, since when you pick a team, the symbols of the team are freshly mixed. So it'd make sense that you'd get butchered every time you get on the pitch.

Inter, maybe it's time to change your strategy.
