Yeah it makes sense as players sometimes get substituted and obviously so can a goalkeeper so it makes sense to have a goalkeeper on the bench but you could risk it.

No, they're processing game 4 atm... My second game was a draw against Eindhoven. I've checked their squad, and strictly it was better than mine so I'm lucky... unfortunately, Ajax passed me in the ranking

btw: does 'under caretaker management' mean that there are 'empty spots', or are those managers who didn't log on for a week and where the computer took over?

Also: at what health level do you bench a player?

Yep those teams are unmanaged although they may not be available for new managers to take over straight away. Plus you cannot transfer with teams under caretaker managers.

Well after the last game against forum members these season I can now reveal more of my tactics. At the moment I simply pick the players with the highest condition as my players are all reletively the same. 80 is usually when I start to think about benching the player although if other players are close to 100 whilst the other has 90 and they have a similar rating then I may swap them round as well.

Anyway 3-1 !!!!!

And Caens drew with Martigues so I caught up a bit although Creteil won.

Congrats It was probably the toughest away game, but the boys done me proud anyway. They faught the best they could, but with the tough schedule, they still did their best. Beauvais was just a bit too high, but who knows in the neat future. I think we have a friendly planned somewhere, right?

We'll try to forget this match and continue our run for the top 10.

At last my spell was broken. I finally returned to the away victories, and against a close rival. Now I can vconcentrate on catching Beauvais again.

hmmm, actually I'm happy I haven't arranged more friendlies than I have, I can't stand them. My team isn't very big and all players get tired, and one or two I don't even put in if a player is at 60% fitness.

Same here about friendlies, I will only arrange one at a time from now on.

Suppersalmon was in the game but he left, he did say he would probably join again in the summer when he had more spare time.

I tend to log on every day for a few minutes just to check whether anything has changed like new players for loan. Anyway I won away against Le Mans and all my promotion rivals dropped points with Martigues being the only one to even gain a point so now I am 3 points off the top and 6 points ahead of third. Things are looking good
