Foreign Minister

i think at the very least, we'll need a Foreign Minister who'll handle negotiations and deals with the other teams. so if there are no objections, we can use this thread to nominate people for Foreign Minister.

Me, a diplomat?!? Sounds exciting. And since there will be nothing for the FM to do till we meet foreigners, I'll accept this nomination. Of course I wonder what the difference is between a Foreign Minister and a UN Representative...

UN rep. is the person who represents our team's voice in the public UN forum. he doesn't have a direct effect on the actual game. The Foreign Minister would be the person who talks to other teams and gets them to do stuff like sign RoP and MPP, and trade and tech deals.
