Foreign Settler

In my current game, I gained a crappy size two city by culture flip. So rather than deal with it, I disbanded it by building a settler. Now, my Egyptians have an Indian settler. Will any game oddness happen if I found a city with this settler, or will it just be a normal size one city, albeit with an Indian citizen?

Also it counts as a "captured worker" and costs nothing. It will be listed in that section as well. If you give it worker abilities then they will be half speed, just like captured workers.
