From everything I've read/seen, the forum will be upgraded to vb 3.0 this weekend. This apparently will take some time, perhaps all weekend (not sure of the time frame).

This will, obviously, impact the DG and scheduled t/c. If this does happen, I personally would prefer that the t/c be delayed a few days. Not having the forums up means no instruction thread that citizens can read through in advance of the t/c.

Can anyone clear up my questions? If they are correct, how do you feel about this?

As much as I do not want to miss the turn chat scheduled for Sunday, IF the forum is going to be down most of the weekend, meaning no forum discussion (I'm more concerned with that rather than the mechanics of posting instructions) then I see little option but to postpone. Perhaps DZ, eyrei or CT have more information.

If the forums are down most of the weekend, the Sunday turnchat will not be played and we will skip directly to the next turnchat time.

Or we can move it to Monday ;)

Or our leaders can get instructions posted before the weekend so the save can be played. honestly, are you all so addicted to the chats that one session can't be played without one?

C'mon, donsig, you know the answer to that. The world would stop turning if there was even a single session played without a chat!

Thunderfall said he probably wouldn't do it this week, since he has some other things to do.

hmm, what if he does it during elections?
