Free hotlinkable video hosting?

I wonder if any of you know of a free site which would allow me to upload a 10 MB video file and hotlink to it from elsewhere. Tripod comes close, but it blocks hotlinked images and videos with its dumb little Tripod image.

I've seen people use YouTube on their websites. Perhaps they have something you could use.

Both YouTube and Google Videos would allow you to do that...
