Free library EVERY turn?

I dont know if this is a known bug or exploit but I am able to sell the FREE library every turn for 28G (emperor)!

1. Built library
2. Bult GL and got a free library
3. Sell the library every turn

Free 28G every turn!

That bug was not known to me!
Does it also happen with the Great Wall and Himeji Castle?

Do you keep the research bonus from the library ?
It should work as well for Himeji with the castle or GW for the wall ! You can have a hugh amount of cash.

So now I need to somehow resist the temptation to exploit this bug when short of gold - very annoying actually
Also if this bug is persistent in multiplayer/hot seat - it kinda breaks the game
