French Manual

Folks-
Has anyone received this game with a French manual? I am worried that if I open and install the game it might run in the French language. The box itself has both English and French lettering. Trouble is I don't read French.

The european version comes with 5 languages, and you can change the language ingame, whenever you like .

No, patches are AFAIK universal, no special versions needed.
