Friend's laptop in shop so wants to play on desktop but cant

His game crashes constantly on startup, does not get to load movie or anything on his desktop.

This is his DXDIAG would be very appreciative if someone could help us out. Thanks.

If you update your graphics card driver, then there might be a minimum chance that the game runs, but not a big one. Because the graphics card is miles below the minimum specs, and only a few people were lucky and could run the game with such a configuration.

yea he said its pretty old. thanks for confirming the graphics as he thought that might of been it.
