Friends with all Civs from the start

Any way of fiddling with the Python/XML/SDK files so that I am friends with all the Civs right from the beginning of the game on turn 1, so that I do not have to meet with each of them to establish peace?

You mean so you have contact with them from the beginning of the game?

Instead of having to wait until I meet each of them so I can establish peace, is there a way to program this into the game so that I begin the game in peace with all Civs.

You don't start at war with them, so you are at peace with them. If you don't want somehting to make it so you have contacts with all of them, what do you want?

When I was tinkering around building a Atlantis map in worldbuilder I found that you can make any or all of the other civs uber friendly with you from start ala +100 peace or opposite -100 War so you can pick and choose you can even make the ai hate or like each other. It is in the worldbuilder. I think that is what you want.
