you people think fundamentalism id only good for people who want to world dominate fast? well you're wrong, with judicious use of imporvemwnts and setting people to be scientists I get an exellent research time

You are perfectly free to think so, but IMO it would be much better to start some kind of demonstration.

(there are indeed possibilities to research quite fast under Fundy, with help of caravans, not with help of improvements and Einsteins)

La Fayette has the right of it -- in our Fundy GOTM some time back I was able to generate a tech a turn (for about ten turns in a row) with trade. .

I'd pick trade as the best way for science in Fundy. :D

Well now thats not exactly correct lafayette :D

You do the same stuff you do in Democracy to get cities celebrating under Fundy to collect resources as if in Republic. No need to bother with libraries and such.Just markets, banks etc.

I do this with Commie sometimes.Generally not much need to celebrate more than the SSC and 1 or 2 good cities.
Do the normal caravan/freight delivery thing.Obviously rehoming is more beneficial to a civ like this.

You can also turn everybody into a scientist ala Red Front but you really don't HAVE to.Nice tactic to have in a close tech race though.

No matter what though,it cannot match the "Power Democracy" punch for punch on the trade side. But a nice alternative especially in MP fora
