The video for gaining a cultural victory always makes be laugh, the races done anime style and of course iKorx. Last night while going for a influence win, i had the AI complain to me about a party on one of my starbases, his daughter and her choice of clothes.
 
I like the Space Minaturization (sp) quote. Makes me chuckle every time.
 
I like one of the defenses.. maybe its enhanced reflectors (not sure) "but it keeps us protected and stuff and other junk. Look marketing has the day off, ok ? "

It struck me as funny.
 
That one is classic too and most likely better than anything my company's marketing could come up with....

One of the Xeno Farming techs - maybe the first? - has a great quote:

(paraphrasing) "Old Macdonald has a farm, E I E I O... and on his farm he has a Granoch (can't remember the exact name), E I E I AH! Owwwww It's got my leg, get it off, aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh

Hilarious.
 
The only thing missing from the quotes would be voice overs. Maybe John Cleese or some British comedian. ;)

Ultimate Logistics - "Look we're everywhere ok ? Get used to it. "

played a longer game and got way further into the ol tech tree that time. There's plenty of humour throughout it.
 
The funniest thing I have seen in game so far has got to be the quote for one of the life support techs where it goes through failed advertising solgans. The funniest one had to be "buy me or die".
 
The Yor's inability to get over the fact that I talk with my flapping meat mouth.

Someone really needs to mod HK-47 in as the Yor leader, I yearn to be called a meatbag once again. >.>
 
I laughed when one of the citizens mentioned about the rumored bad habits of aliens besides what they eat.
