Silly you, it's his nick when he plays Civ. When he changes to hyborem, AI hijacks his nick. And Basium was teamed with someone else so he is next to him.

If you are talking about my image, the Administrator civ is the civ I started with. I killed them right away after summoning Hyborem, then bee-lined for Basium and knocked him out. For some reason it counts Basium as part of a team with whoever summoned him I guess. Actually, I think it does it with Hyborem too.

That is because they enter a Defensive Pact don't they? That is what I always thought, whenever I call him into being I never get attacked by him/them.
 
Ok... why does she want me to adopt despotism, a starter useless civic??

Conquest and domination are my only possible victory conditions and I am playing Balseraph I guess it is simply impossible to win this time (well ok changing to runes building druids might be an option)
To be honest I pitty the Infernals this time.

You can still reach him. You just need to cast Tsunami many, many times.

Lots of Meteors and Griffons could do the trick... but to kill Hyboream with meteors requires being rather lucky.
 
Crush spell and then send in some griffons. It sucks to be Hyborem there.:lol:
 
Well thanks for all the advise but the riders of the apocalypse got the better of me before i was able to even think of taking on hyborem.

That is pretty impressive, what I like is seeing Infernals start on a single location island...
 
This one's a bit old but it's a great story. One time I befriended Cardith Lorda and together we ganged up on Hannah. About 20-30 turns in he decides to declare war on me. What's weird was that not only was he Friendly to me before the war began, but even during the war he was Pleased. Within 2 turns of ending the war we were trading techs like normal.

What's really weird was that this was in v.16, before the Warscript was introduced, and I haven't been able to replicate it since.
