Chinese: 'Bhuddist Temple' City Improvement. Built in enemy city, has no apparent effect. Builder can pick next government of enemy civ and gains all that civs military techs, treasury is halved when this ability is used. Fortunately only works until that civ has a revolution.
France (Civ Ability): When attacked by any civ, immediately culture flips to that civ, until it loses a war with another civ, at which time it flips back to French and signs an alliance with the victor.
Columbian Drug Lord (Barbarian): Infiltrates a civ, and siphons off 30% of its Luxuries, in exchange for +2 Happy Citizens, +1 Unhappy Citizen, +25% Corruption, and uses the money to make more barbarian units.
Redneck (USA Unique Unit) Requires Beer, Electronics & Automobile (for Nascar) and a Cathedral. City is never Unhappy while requirements are met if it outnumbers all other units in city. Will often commit hate crimes against non-USA population, resulting in the decrease of the city's size until all non-US people are gone. Until all non-USA population is gone, spawns a barbarian White Supremacist unit every 12 turns.
White Supremacist (barbarian) Immune to bribery. Can perform terrorist strike against any US city that has non-US citizens. Will either kill one non-US citizen(but has 75% chance of killing 1 or 2 US Citizens as well), destroy a church, or stage a racist rally and cause city to increase unhappiness for ten turns. Is destroyed (arrested and jailed by FBI) if it does either of the first two, but can strike again if it does the third.
Any Civ: Small Wonder: The Internet. Must have 10 cities with Universities, and Computers advance. Any city with a University gets +1 Happy citizen from Web surfing and +3 revenue from e-Commerce. Increases knowledge output by 5%, but decreases productivity by an equal amount, as workers goof off on Internet instead of doing their jobs.
Creation vs. Evolution debate: Small Wonder automatically acquired by any civ that builds The Internet. Has no discernable effect on anything, but causes additional loss of 1% of productivity as a few people waste their time on it.
