I think the real question is how can you have a hit musical if you don't know how to produce a hit single! Imagine a hit musical that is full of really bad songs ... actually, thinking about it ... that is fairly easy.

With a lighthouse, that city can grow to size 7 working 6 coastal tiles. For a financial civ like Ragnar, that's 3 commerce for each coastal tile.
