Not a funny but a serious question: Why, in BobTheTerrible's russia.JPG picture, does Alexander [3458] appear below two higher-scoring civs, Huayna Capac [3243] and Louis XIV [3282]? Everyone else is in strict order.

I thought the list was always sorted by score. Is another criterion considered in the ordering?
