What amazes ME is that you get -20 for demands,-3 for DECLARING war, but only -2 for NUKING her?!?!?

In order for a screenie to show up in your post either put them in a hosting service like image shack or just attach 1. Multiple "Attached Images" don't show up.

It's actually just a third city that I built really far away from my others because I was trying to expand quickly.. trying out some new stuff. But then I kind of neglected it and didn't pay attention to what was going on

Sadly, I have been doing some projects lately so I can't get around to playing a game of Civ4 so my amount of funny pictures will dwindle but my time at Civfanatic's will still be the same (I am good at hiding it and then when no one is looking getting back on and posting during school [also I am a computer T.A. so I can just say someone else went on and I am checking for bad stuff... not that there is any {except maybe in the off-topic forum} but if it works I will use it).

No, no...that's Saddam Hussein's PR guy with a new job working for the Germans it looks. Now he's on CNN telling the world that the enemy will be crushed, that the city is fine and so forth even as the tanks roll in all around. Deja'vu for him, eh?

EDIT: I couldn't for the life of me remember the guy's name when I went to make this post, but I came across a link in another thread (here!) that referenced him! Check it out, it really is rather funny but only because it's true!
