GA Points & Special Districts

So I just tried the new Mali leader. Pretty rough on Emperor with raging barbs and random techs. I was trying to get the remaining points I needed to get a medieval GA. After building the suguba, Mali's unique district, I was surprised to find that no points were earned for getting the +4 adjacency bonus only the GA points for building unique district. Is that standard for unique districts (e.g. Gernany's hansa)?

If you mean era score, then yes, you only era score for the district itself, you don't era score of the adjacency bonus as well.

I believe you can get the era score from adjacency if you get it from a second Hansa/Suguba/etc, but I could be wrong

You don't era score for adjacency bonuses for unique districts. I just finished a game with Mali and never got era score for a Suguba adjacency.

This is definitely correct, I just placed a +4 RND with England and you just get the basic 'genius of our civilisation' boost.
