I am ready for Gods and Kings but I don't think my system is. Is it?

3 GB RAM

How can you have a 64 bit version of windows with that processor?

Aside from that, I think your video card may be on the weak side. And if your processor is only a single core (not a typo) I don't think you would be able to play anything but possibly the tiniest maps.

Mate, there is a demo version for a reason Just try it out, it's on Steam.

But, like comatosedragon said, you have a pretty weak computer there. Specifically the processor will probably render the bigger maps absolutely unplayable.

Your system is below the minimum specifications (quite a bit), not only for G&K, but also for Civ5.
But there are people who reported to be able to play with such a graphics card...so you might want to try the demo.

I have been playing Civ 5 with the lowest video settings. It does crash on the largest maps. I'll give the demo a try. Thanks for all your help.
