Gamal Abdul Nasser belongs to which civ?

Since Ekmek is working on him, I want to know whether you guys think where this guy belongs.

I personally think, that in a regular game of Civ, he'd be an Arabian leader. Yes, I realize he's Egyptian, but the ancient Egyptians are gone, and Arabs have replaced them.

But if it were a mod like Rhye's and Fall, then he would be an Egyptian leader, just like Saddam would be a Babylonian leader, Santa Anna would be an Aztec leader, and Mussolini would be a Roman leader.

I voted Egypt for three reasons:

1) Egypt is the better choice, because if you don't include people like Ali and Nasser, Egypt has no modern leaders. Yes, I know that the nation in Civ is basically the ancient empire, but I prefer civilizations that span multiple empires with genetic and cultural links (even if modern Egypt is mostly Arabized).

2) Arabia, while also currently having no modern leaders in the vanilla game, could have Ibn Saud, Faisal, and many others. Therefore, they would not benefit greatly from adding Nasser to their ranks, even though he is one of the most famous pan-Arabists.

3) A Modern Middle East Scenario might be really interesting, but the key players would probably be Israel, Turkey, Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, and some combination or assortment of Syria/Lebanon/Palestine. Each of these would need a leader, and one of the most logical choices for Egypt would be Nasser. Having him already assigned to that civilization would make setting up such a scenario all the simpler.
