You're Diag says that you AGP is disabled. I would say turn it on.

well the agp is on now but still have reboots

Reformatted my computer and changed agp aperture to 128. It looks like it's going to be ok now.

OK guys I went into my BIOS and there is no place to change my AGP aperture. any clue why? what should i do?

You may want to check with Compaq's support site. There may be a prodecure outlined there.
