Game Crash

I am trying to troubleshoot a CTD without any error messages that occurs in a mod I made in vanilla Civ3 (1.29). Does anyone know what the game process sequence is between movement turns? I know it goes: AI build/move, human build, some sort of processing phase, then human move. When I get to the mid-industrial age the game will do a crash to desktop during the processing phase between human build and human move sequence. It seems to happen more frequently when civs declare war, but this is not a consistent reason. I am unable to determine what causes this (and, yes all added units/buildings have been tested outside the mod and work properly in-game). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
