Game Crashes During QuickSave

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem:

When playing Civ4 at work (only during lunch hour of course), performing a quicksave usually results in the game crashing with the classic "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" dialog box. I have to turn my graphics all the way down since I only have an integrated Intel 82915G graphics chip. Everything works just fine though except for quicksaves. And yes, I am using the latest patch.

Nothing to do, it's a bug.

Thanks for the links ... misery always loves company. The weird thing is that it has to somehow be related to the graphics. At home I have a 6600GT and Civ4 never crashes.
