Game crashes on initial opening

When I attempt to launch BNW, it goes to the launch game box, I hit the button and the game begins to boot...goes to the black screen before the intro....and then it crashes and closes. I verified all files with Steam and everything seems to have downloaded appropriately. I use a Mac, and my specs are: OS10.7.5, processor 2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory 4GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, and the video card is ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 MB. I would really appreciate some help in how to fix this.

Same here. I've even reinstalled it and still nothing.
