Game Crashing with Mods

Hello, everybody, I need some help here. I am having a problem with my Civ V game in which I cannot play with mods. I am not a heavy mod user, but whenever I try to run VP or any other mod, my game will crash or in the rare moments it doesn't crash, it will just load extremely bugged and unplayable.

As I said, most of the times the game will crash when I create a new game and launch it. It will start loading the game as usual diplaying the Dawn of Man screen, but then it will crash to desktop without warning. Sometimes it will manage to pass through the loading screen and actually get into the game, but then the game itself will be extremely bugged: I cannot found my first city, I cannot move my units, the display will show impossible messages saying either that "I have a declaration of friendship with myself" or "You are at war with yourself".

I cannot seem to play the game with VP. I tried to install the VP through the Austo Installer, but the same issue discribed as above happens. After not being able to play with VP, I tried running just the (1) Community Patch to get at least a better AI, which will get my game working, but as soon as I try to play with a single other mod (a compatible mod for that matter), the issue discribed above will also repeat itself.

Here's my current mod setup:

-(1) Community Patch
-(1a) Community Patch - C4DF Addon
-EUI
-JFD Italy (Victor Emmanuel III) - v2

Here's the solutions I've tried:

-Reinstall the game
-Verify game files
-Reinstall the mods
-Clear the cache
-Drop graphic settings to low

The game will crash both when I try to play with any custom civilization (such as Italy) or when I try to play with VP (full VP from auto installer and no other mods). Can anybody help me? What could be causing this problem? Maube ancient mod leftovers? If so, how to get rid of them and get a clean install? I am uploading my logs and minidump file.

When you was reinstalling civ do you removed civ folder from my documents (to may want to copy saves) and from steam location
Steam uninstalationu didn't remove some files on my PC and I had some TXT_KEY errors but after second try I renived everything from my those locations and it works well now

Yes, the first time I reinstalled my game I got exactly the same problem as you, but on the second (and third, and so on and so fourth) time I reinatalled my game I deleted ALL the Civ files both on my steamapps folder and on my My Games folder. I even used the CCleander to get rid of register keys and ghost files (and there were plenty of them!). I belive my current install is clean, so I really don't know what the problem is.

Hmm i have similar problem on laptop but there CTD happen after some game time due to performance
But if your PC can run vanilla I think that should work

You set English and you are not using some weird resolution (on DirectX 9 i have trouble in 2 k) ?

I think that screen when it's not crashing but not working could help

I also get some CTD after some game time, but it is also due to perfomance and not any mod's fault. Despite my PC not being the most powerful machine I manage to play vanilla without any major issues. Problems start when I try to use mods. And yes, I run my game on Directx9, is this a problem? My game is in English.

Have you tried removing *.ini from your /Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's CIvilization 5/ ?

Make a back up of config.ini, GraphicsSettingsDX11.ini, UserSettings.ini and than delete, re-run game, let it create new ones and than see if you have crashes with default settings. If not, than modify from there.

What resolution?

On my laptop I can play vanilla too
But Vox is more demanding

I keep everything at "Low" except for Leader Screens which I set as "Minimum". I know that VP is more demanding, but is it to the point where I cannot even launch the game? I never had these problems with the previous version of VP (CBP), so I really do not understand.

I'm using DX9, but I'll try this when I get home.
