Game Folder Opening

Hi.
I installed Civ4. The installation was OK, but after it finished and I tried to open the game folder, it took about 60 seconds for it to open. The whole time I was waiting, my PC worked on 100% (task manager view). I don't know what may cause it, because when I rightclick on Start button and choose Explore All Users, then there is no problem accessing the game folder.
I am running

AMD Athlon XP, 1800 MHz (13.5 x 133) 2200+
MB: VIA VT8377 Apollo KT400
512 MB sys.mem.
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X (64 MB)

I have two HDDs, I tried them both but the problem was same.

Do you have an anti-virus package installed? It`s probably just it checking for viruses.

Nevermind, I found the problem.
The installer created some shortcuts to My Documents folder, but the target files were not present (no idea why this was needed). Anyway, after deleting the shortcuts, I can browse as usual.
